I bought the no-name version of the plugs you mentioned, and had no idea how to use them lol. I had a friend whose sleep was(unknowingly) getting interupted because her cat would come in and stir her a few times throughout the night. Those sensory deprivation tanks are looking better and better (though not very portable). ;) And I think it’s more than just noise.

My sleeping was being interupted, though I would not wake fully to realize it, by noise. For the last month, I now use ear plugs, and I am a new person. A-maz-ing.
