I don't stay in the US. When I make orders, amazon tells me the books take 7 to 21 days to ship. One month later, the books still have not been shipped. When I email them, they tell me to wait for another 2 weeks. Two weeks later, when I email them, the reply is often, 'sorry the book is no longer available'. I've emailed Jeff (his email can be found in 21 Dogs Years in Amazon). He has his people email me. They tell me they've looked at the problem. But there is nothing they can do. Why should I support an organization, that for all the wonderful reviews is just incompetent and arrogant. Amazon sucks. I don’t stay in the US.
