		<description>You need to check the account the Application Pool the site is using is running under. For normal sites its DefaultAppPool and NetworkService. Check under Application Pools in IIS Manager, select the AppPool for your site, then Advanced Settings, and you&#039;ll see &quot;Identity&quot; listed - that&#039;s the account the site is running under.</description>

I know IIS in WinXp and Win2003 using different account that is ASPNET and NETWORKSERVICE but for IIS7 Win2008 what is the account you mean to solve the realpath() for php?
